Double row cylindrical roller bearings are separable no-locating bearings, which make it mounting or dismounting easy, and both of the bearing rings may be mounted with heavy interference fit to shaft and housing so these bearings only have two basic type

NN type: inner ring with three integral flanges,outer ring without flange

NNU type: outer ting have three integral flanges,inner ring without flange.

These bearings are available either with or without tapered bores as standard, the suffix K means bore taper 1:12, the taper bores allow the radial internal clearance to be adjusted to the best value during mounting. These bearings also feature lubrication groove and holes on their outer rings as standard. Suffix W33.

Double row cylindrical roller bearings are not able to accommodate misalignments.
DHK double row cylindrical roller bearings are produced with roller riding solid brass cages as standard.

Double row cylindrical roller bearings are frequently used as spindle bearings, normally they are produced to special tolerance class SP.

DHK can provide these bearings with such as P5 class upon request.

The width tolerances △Cs and VCs are identical to △Bs and Vbs of the inner ring of the same bearing.

Double row cylindrical roller bearings are frequently produced with reduced internal radial clearance group (C1). Must note bearing parts of these bearings could not be exchanged.

DHK can provide these bearings with other clearance group upon request.
